Facebook Is Going Hollywood, Seeking Scripted TV Programming

Facebook is offering content creators up to $3m per episode for full-length original content.

Creators of short form content (0 minutes) are getting revenue guarantees of $5–20k per episode.

The target age demo is 13–34 with a specific focus on 17–30.

Facebook is also talking to traditional networks about purchasing the rights to shows that were recently canceled such as Viacom’s Loosely Exactly Nicole.
